Interns are asked four brief questions about favorite projects and missing topics. We use the responses in this publication as well as taking into account any criticism that we can improve upon.\r\n<div class=\"textbox textbox--examples\"><header class=\"textbox__header\">\r\n<p class=\"textbox__title\">Survey Questions<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/header>\r\n<div class=\"textbox__content\">\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Briefly describe your internship experience - librarians you worked with, projects you completed, skills learned, etc.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>What was your favorite project and why?<\/li>\r\n \t<li>What would you have liked to learn more about?<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Please provide any final comments or suggestions that would help improve our internship program.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<strong>Feedback from Supervisor and Team<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe intern receives a complete report from all supervisors. The report includes a summary of projects, assessment of work habits and recommendations for improvement.\r\n<p class=\"import-Normal\"><strong>Self-Assessment<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe intern is encouraged to keep a journal to document projects and skills learned. We also advise updating a resume throughout the internship with new experience and skills to promote awareness of new strengths and learning.
