Associate Dean of the Faculty’s Welcome

Welcome to Connecticut College! We are happy to have you join our community of dedicated and creative faculty. Whether you are with us for multiple years or just a semester, Dean of Faculty Danielle Egan and I appreciate the experience, energy, and creativity you will bring to teaching and learning with our students and to your connections with faculty and staff.  Our community is committed to equity, inclusion, and belonging in our classrooms and across campus.  We welcome you to engage fully in our governance, activities and programs.   Your department chair will be in regular contact and we invite you to connect with other colleagues in your department and across campus as you have time and interest.  Our Center for Teaching and Learning offers programming throughout the year that is also available to you.  The Dean of Faculty Office, along with other offices across campus, provide an array of support for all faculty.
