Aug. 20-21: In-person orientation for new full-time faculty and new head coaches (adjunct faculty are welcome to join if they would like)

Aug. 31:  New Student Convocation

Sep. 1: Fall Semester Classes Begin

Sep. 7: Labor Day; classes WILL meet

Sep. 21: Classes resume at 8 a.m.

Sep. 23: Monday Teaching Day – All Monday classes will meet; No Wednesday Common Hour

Oct.15: Fall break begins after classes have ended

Sep. 23: Classes resume at 8 a.m.

Nov. 5: All Campus Symposium – Classes WILL NOT meet

Nov. 20: Thanksgiving Break begins after classes have ended

Nov. 22: Note: Because there are 14 Wednesdays and only 12 Mondays in the Fall semester, the following change is necessary: Wednesday, September 23 = Monday Teaching Day; No Wednesday Common Hour

Nov. 30: Classes resume at 8 a.m.

Dec. 22: Final examinations end at 12 p.m. (noon).; Quiet Period ends; winter break begins; Residential halls close for winter break at 5 p.m.

Jan. 5: Fall Semester Grades Due by NOON – Firm deadline

Jan. 26: Spring Semester Classes Begin

Mar. 12: Spring break begins after classes have ended; Residential halls close for spring break at 5 p.m.

Mar. 29: Classes resume at 8 a.m.

May 18: Spring Semester Senior Grades Due by 9 AM – Firm deadline

May 23: One hundred and ninth (109th) Commencement- All full-time faculty not on sabbatical or leave are required to attend

May 25: Spring Semester non-senior grades due by NOON – Firm deadline
